User Agreement (Offer)

1. General Provisions

This offer agreement defines the terms of use of the Football Trainer web application owned by footballtrainer.app.

2. Subject of Agreement

The Provider grants access to training programs and content through the Application on basis of subscription or free access to limited features.

3. Registration and Account

The User logs in through email, provides accurate data and is responsible for access to the account.

4. Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual) depending on the selected plan.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
  • Access to paid content is granted immediately upon successful payment.
  • Subscription tiers (Ultimate, Pro, Basic) provide different levels of access as described on the subscription page.

5. Payment and Purchase Terms

  • Payment is processed through CloudPayments.
  • All prices are displayed in the user's local currency where available.
  • The Provider reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refund requests can be sent to support@footballtrainer.app. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials including text, images, videos, graphics, logos are intellectual property of the Provider. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal non-commercial use only.

8. Liability

The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted operation in case of third-party interference, network failures or platform updates.

9. Personal Data

Registration means consent to data processing per our Privacy Policy.

10. AI Chat and AI Features

The App may provide AI-powered chat and training suggestions. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice. Users are responsible for evaluating whether AI content is appropriate for their situation.

11. Changes to Terms

Changes are published on the website footballtrainer.app. Continued use means acceptance.

12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are resolved through negotiations, and if unsuccessful — in court per applicable law.
